TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TIPONIC (₮)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the TIPONIC website (the "Site") or using any TIPONIC-related software, bots, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Site and the ₮ token.

2. Nature of TIPONIC (₮)

• Utility Token: ₮ is a utility Rune built on the Bitcoin protocol. It is intended for social tipping, community appreciation, and internal ecosystem rewards.
• Not a Security: ₮ is not a share, stock, or investment contract. Holding ₮ does not grant you ownership in any legal entity or any right to dividends or profits.
• Experimental Technology: Bitcoin Runes are an emerging protocol. By using ₮, you acknowledge the risks of blockchain technology, including but not limited to network congestion, forks, and protocol-level updates.

3. No Financial Advice

The content on this Site and any communication from the TIPONIC team is for informational and community-building purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before interacting with the Bitcoin ecosystem.

4. Risk of Loss

• Volatility: You acknowledge that the value of digital assets like Bitcoin and ₮ is extremely volatile.
• Self-Custody: You are responsible for the security of your own "Taproot" (bc1p) wallet. The TIPONIC team cannot recover lost private keys, "Cenotaph" tokens (burned by incorrect transactions), or tokens sent to incorrect addresses.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the performance or security of third-party platforms (e.g., Magic Eden, UniSat, DotSwap).

5. User Conduct & Tipping

• Social Tipping: The TIPONIC Tip Bot is provided "as is." Abuse of the bot, including spamming or attempts to exploit the code, will result in a permanent ban from the TIPONIC ecosystem.
• Compliance: You agree not to use ₮ for any illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or violating local securities laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

The TIPONIC logo (the "Lime Green" brand) and all original content on this Site are the property of the TIPONIC Project. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the logo for community-led initiatives, provided you do not misrepresent yourself as the official lead of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the TIPONIC Project and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the token or the Site.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the founder resides, or, in the case of a decentralized project, the "Code is Law" principle as interpreted by the consensus of the Bitcoin network.

2. The "Airdrop" Clause: If you plan on doing large airdrops, add a clause saying: "Airdrop recipients are responsible for any taxes incurred in their local jurisdiction."
